During construction, we handle the entire process, from materials procurement, scheduling and cost oversight, to on-site operations management and risk management, and communicate seamlessly with owners and contractors.

In the last 5 years, we have executed 13 new developments with 2,855 units, totaling more than $640 million in project costs.
