Site planning, budgeting, entitlements, permitting, key building systems selection and design, and subcontractor interviews join with value engineering and logistics planning to create a clear picture of the potential new development.
During construction, we handle the entire process, from materials procurement, scheduling and cost oversight, to on-site operations management and risk management, and communicate seamlessly with owners and contractors.
In the last 5 years, we have executed 13 new developments with 3,413 units, totaling more than $460 million in project costs.
