HISTORY

Founded in 2010 by Paul Harrison Forbes and William Allen Harper, Jr., Allen Harrison Company is a privately-held real estate investment and services firm focusing on the acquisition, development, construction and management of exceptional multi-family properties.

Established with the goal of providing market-leading value, a wide range of investors – including institutional capital partners, family offices and high-net-worth individuals – have benefited from the communities Allen Harrison has created, and the expertise we bring to the market.

Since its founding, Allen Harrison Company has acquired 26 assets with total costs of $485 million and has developed 26 assets totaling $1.1 billion. Our current portfolio consists of 9 properties for a total of 2,229 units. Our Houston-based team offers significant experience from a history of over 23,000 multi-family units spanning 19 markets with more than $6 billion in value across mixed-use, high-rise, mid-rise and low-rise multi-family.
